Securely place your unworn apparel in the original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are intact, and affix the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
